Many of you know that Sir Graham Bright was elected Police and Crime Commissioner for Cambridgeshire earlier this month.

At the suggestion of a resident, Cllr Andrea Reiner, as Chair, wrote to Sir Graham shortly after his election inviting him to attend our next Area Committee meeting on 10 January 2013. Andrea invited him to speak about his new role, what it will mean for Cambridge, his vision for police priorities in the city, and to take questions from members of the public.

We are hoping Sir Graham will accept our invitation.
